jilivo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jilivo", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jilivo platform and the internationally licensed entity operating it at jilivo.lat.
• "Platform" means the jilivo website, mobile interface, all associated pages, tools, games, and betting markets accessible via jilivo.lat.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a jilivo account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the jilivo Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that have not yet been subjected to any bonus wagering obligation.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins value, or similar incentives credited to an Account by jilivo.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the jilivo Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required prior to withdrawal of funds.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jilivo Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the jilivo Platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jilivo. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotion-specific conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the more specific terms expressly state otherwise.

Use of the jilivo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jilivo enforces this age restriction strictly. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held therein dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jilivo or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the jilivo Platform under a self-exclusion request or suspended by jilivo for Terms violations.

jilivo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identification confirming age and identity — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the jilivo Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances held across all associated Accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current; updates can be requested via the live chat support team.

Your Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your login credentials to any third party. jilivo bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

jilivo reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an Account at any time without explanation, subject to the obligation to return any Real Money Balance held in the Account to the registered payment method.

jilivo accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and standard Bank Transfer from Pakistani financial institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. These limits may be subject to change and are updated in the Platform interface without separate notice.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. jilivo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your jilivo Account balance instantly or within minutes of payment confirmation.
• jilivo does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• jilivo is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or network issues outside jilivo's control.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts cannot be guaranteed to be reversed once a wagering session has commenced.

Withdrawals from your jilivo Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, jilivo may request an alternative method with supporting documentation.
• Processing Times: Verified players can expect withdrawal processing within 2–4 hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution's internal clearing times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your Account at the time of making a withdrawal request.

jilivo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not imply wrongdoing on the Player's part. Cooperation with such checks is a condition of withdrawal processing.

jilivo offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry dates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and eligible games. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jilivo promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jilivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if operational, regulatory, or fraud-related circumstances require it.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the requirement must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Placing bets above any stated maximum bet restriction during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• jilivo may, at its sole discretion, refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.

All casino games available on the jilivo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested and audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate representations of the game's statistical payout profile over extended play periods.

For sports betting and live cricket markets, jilivo's sportsbook team sets and manages odds. The following conditions apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the Platform are binding. jilivo does not cancel accepted bets on the basis of odds movements after confirmation.
• jilivo reserves the right to void bets in the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, match cancellation, or confirmed match-fixing investigation by the relevant sporting body.
• In-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast-to-data latency advantages.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• Where a game or market result is disputed and cannot be resolved by reference to the official result from the relevant authority, jilivo's decision shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilivo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, use of stolen payment instruments, or any form of deceptive conduct.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game environment.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. All disputed transactions must first be raised with jilivo's support team.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilivo Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. jilivo is obligated to report suspicious activity under its anti-money-laundering compliance framework.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between jilivo and other platforms for guaranteed profit. jilivo reserves the right to limit or close Accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent a suspension.

jilivo is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a method for recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account via the responsible gaming section of your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically log you out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a short-term break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion via live chat support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. jilivo will not accept requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the period expires.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and net win/loss position.

If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, contact jilivo's support team at any time via live chat. The team is trained to assist Players in activating these tools immediately without judgment. Strictly for players aged 21 and above.

jilivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against jilivo by the Player's payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.

Upon Account closure for cause, jilivo may withhold the balance pending completion of an internal investigation. Where an investigation confirms a Terms breach, jilivo reserves the right to forfeit the balance to cover losses, costs, or third-party claims arising from the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

All content on the jilivo Platform — including but not limited to the jilivo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilivo or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use the jilivo brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilivo's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilivo shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or jilivo had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own breach of these Terms or failure to safeguard Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilivo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jilivo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilivo processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and (where consented) direct marketing. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Platform operations.

jilivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever amendments are made. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jilivo holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit any dispute to jilivo's internal complaints process. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat support channel or by email to the support address published on this Platform. jilivo undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through jilivo's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jilivo's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR entity will be provided upon request.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed solely by the laws stated herein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
